TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before making a reservation on www.travellingpearllanka.com we encourage you to read THE Terms and Conditions below carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Pearl Lanka and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due. By submitting a booking request you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.

TOUR PRICES

All Prices quoted by Pearl Lanka are in USD, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in USD. Pearl Lanka is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Applied cancellation fees differ between tour packages (including accommodation and/or transfer cost).

CANCELLATION OF TOUR PACKAGES

  • For cancellations received up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, No cancellation fee will be charged
  • For cancellations received 15 – 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 40% cancellation fee will be charged
  • For cancellations received 07 – 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged
  • For cancellations received less than 07 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

COMPLAINTS

Our main goal is to provide you with excellent service. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your tour package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Pearl Lanka within 10 days after your departure from Sri Lanka. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid.
